This location is under staffed and the staff present is either new, not well trained, or not capable. They are unable to answer basic questions about renting equipment and storage. The front staff was abrupt, unknowledgeable, and rude. The check out staff was very pleasant but did not know if I would receive a refund for storage. I feel this is a basic question. Pay more to your employees and have better staffing.Rebecca B.
My uhaul was hours late. I then asked when I returned my uhaul on time about the 50 dollar guarantee Uhaul has if thr reservation was fulfilled on time. And they said oh yeah you will get a text and a refund. Haven't heard anything or received 50 dollars back. Plus with my uhaul being late, my movers canceled and the staff could care less.Tricia M.

Counter agent was untruthful. I called ahead of time to confirm my previously reserved trailer was available. He said they had a trailer for me. They did not. It was a huge hassle. I had to go to another rental place over 40 miles away to get a trailer.KENNETH LEE M.
I reserved and paid for a trailer the night before. I paid for it and it had a 6 hour window usage. I'd only used it for 2 hr. The pickup time I selected was "morning"; they or system default selected 7:30 and I was in line 9am . I got there well within my reservation time and finished within my 6 hour window with the return. They cancelled my reservation, literally as I was in line. I looked at the cancelation in the email when I got home. I was in line to pick it up when they cancelled my reservation and sent it to email instead of text. I had to take a different, not as good, trailer that cost more. By the way, they knew the text because that's how I got this review link. The manager was helpful and very nice. However, the poor rating was due to the fact that the promised trailerâ€”for which I received a â€œguaranteed ready for pickupâ€ in Reno, where I made the reservationâ€”did not exist. After finding that it was not there and was not GOING TO BE THERE, the very nice manager (Sam, I believe) called around and eventually found me an open trailer in Carson City. So I drove from Reno to Carson and picked it up. I understand better than most the difficulties of inventory distribution, but to confirm a trailer, send a verification email and then have no intent of delivering on that promise is no way to do business. Unfortunately, you have the market cornered on intercity trailer rentals, so management clearly feels no pressure to remedy the situation.JAMES CHRISTOPHE D.
