When we went in to get the keys the cashier just pointed outside and said the keys were in the truck. We didn't realize there was a lockbox as when we rented before from this location we brought the keys into the store and gave them to the same cashier. Just some training needs to be done...

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe did drop off ourselves, no person to help but did show us where to park, will use a different moving truck next time, I had more gas when dropped truck off and they still charged me
William FThe truck was in great shaoe. The key holder was hard to open, because it seemed rusted. The attendant got it open but had trouble getting it to lock back. The drop key box was hard to open as well.
Misty TJust make sure the keys are where they supposed to be and had route to a different location and charged me for extra miles wasn't my fault they didn't have a truck at the location I was originally made the reservation that's my only complaint thank you
