I waited at the counter in what seemed to be an abandoned store for a couple minutes before anyone came around to ask me if I needed anything. I am accustomed to seeing someone behind the counter when I walk in the store. This is not my first time having this experience at this store.

Even though the pick up truck was advertised as $19.99 per day, with mileage and insurance it came to $60.00. I would still rent it in the future, though.

The truck was extremely dirty. the windshield was very dirty, the outside of truck was filthy with mud on the sides, and dirt on the rest of it. The inside cab was smelly, dusty, and stains on the upholstery. I have never rented a vehicle that was so dirty. Sorry, I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I have to be honest.

The van had broken glass on the back, but what I didn't like was the guy renting the trucks. He was rude. He almost skipped me to help someone else. It's my first time renting with Uhaul so I had a few questions about the service but I didn't feel comfortable asking this guy because of the way he acted. I would say It wasn't uhaul what I was dissatisfied with but rather the customer service provided at this location.

Barkes worked but sounded like it was metal inn metal. I ordered a small truck but was only offered a 26' which was too large and uncomfortable and Too big for our needs.
