I was told to drop the truck off in the location. They said there wouldn't be a charge. Or I would of easily drove it back 20 minutes where I picked it up. Instead of getting charged 240.00. After I directly asked where to drop the truck off.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere’s not really anything to improve upon. 3 stars simply because it’s a small town and the availability of equipment is dismal at best. Had to settle for equipment that I didn’t want but it’s all they had. Other than that everything was just fine.
Brian MMileage allowance was WAY off!! Asked for a 24 FT truck and "no one" had one, unless driving 2 hours to pick one up! 20 ft was all available. Stunk!! Stickers all over truck from Clinton parcel, smelled like cigarettes and dirty feet!! Had to drive an hour to pick up but only given 40 miles credit and then 30 miles to move! Very disappointed!
STEPHANIE MTurning in the rental using the online platform was a bit of a pain, trying to post pictures to site for verification is a pain,
MIKE CQuick and easy as usual thank you.
