Make sure a vehicle is actually there! We rented a 20 foot vehicle, got relocated to pleasant hills (45 mins away), were lucky enough to enough to get a 10 foot truck. Horrible experience!

I make a reservation 5 days prior pick up. I drove 6 hours to pick up location to find out there's not trailer. Then sent to 1 hour drive to 3 different locations 'til finally after 3 hours of jumping from store to store to 3 different locations finally get the trailer U-haul and I agree will be waiting for me at first location. I'll rather let you guys do the rating ! ! !

The auto transport was tucked away & the worker didn't help at all. My husband couldn't hook up the 26" truck, so he had to get in a smaller uhaul pull the trailer out and then hook up our moving truck. Ridiculous that the auto transport wasn't pulled out and ready to go. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

The rental person didnt know how to rent me the truck. She called someone n they told her to put a false date in. She did. My reservation is for Sept. 4th. I already returned the truck. They said i went 70 miles and charged me double the estimated price. No attendant came out with me to check scratches dings gas n mileage. Very disappointed. Was a return customer. Going to Budget from now on. Very disappointed in service and quality.

Not sure. I went in Friday to rent some moving quilts and a hand truck I was quoted and given a sheet showing my cost being $79 and some change. Today I get a receipt emailed to me after returning the stuff for $106. I called the location and they said it was Uhaul's fault and they couldn't do anything. I want to know why I was given one price for equipment where there are no "mileage" charges, etc. and the dates I initially provided did not change, and then after the fact I get jacked for another $26 dollars?? Please EMAIL the response; and rest assured it and the original receipt I was given will be shared. On the positive side, I do want to commend the staff at this location as they are extremely friendly and courteous; they apparently just need to partner with a better national service provider.

A dolly was included in my order. No dolly provided and because i picked up after hours, i was unable to get one in time for my move. I contacted uhaul customer support and was told it was removed from my bill. It was not. At check out I was told I had to call customer service again for a refund.

No one was at the location to provide dolly and pads. I did the entire check out and check in from mobile phone. But regardless of who I discuss with a Uhaul, each bill I get still contains the pads and dolly. Frustrating.

Took 30 minutes for attendant to figure out the computer. He screwed up and wanted to charge me $180 instead of the $90 my receipt said. Also, I had requested and even written down the address to the Falls Rd location in Baltimore to drop off. He ended up doing a different place and could not figure out how to change. Was too frustrating.

I rented the 10' truck to haul furniture to a donation site. We had a large stove, dressers etc. It would be helpful if there is some sort of ramp available. We all had bad backs.... ;)

I'm not sure if it was this location's fault, but the vehicle itself was in less than ideal condition. I suspect wheel alignment was off, as I had to turn the steering wheel ~10 degrees counterclockwise to get the vehicle to go straight. Also, windshield wipers were just about useless, and it rained the day I was travelling with the vehicle

When I picked up the truck whoever used it before left it filthy. Only 1/4 tank in truck. Why do you allow to return no full? Finally, all ordered furniture pads and dolly were not in the truck and after calling and on hold for around 45 minutes found out we had to pick up at a location 20 miles away. Uhaul credited my credit card $50 for the trouble which I appreciate, but would have rather had everything there to begin with.

There was nobody there when I arrived to pick up the truck. A note left on the door to call and no answer left voicemail I was there waiting. After numerous calls to U-Haul 800 number disconnected 3 times. And over an hour wasted I was finally told that I could have done all this online and received a code to get the key out a lockbox. Very poor communication beforehand to explain that’s how you receive the key and no answer to office or the number on the note on the door. I would NEVER use the location again!!!
