I needed a trailer on short notice. I booked it Saturday evening and picked it up early Sunday morning. It worked out perfect. The price was very affordable. It was a God Send. Thank you,

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was not clear that I had to drop off at this location only. Camrose has 2 advertised locations and I went to the other one first because of the business hours, only to be told I couldn't drop the trailer off there. Because I drove in from my rural property I potentially had to wait 90 minutes for the other location to open. Thankfully, I drove up and the young fellow allowed me to return it without waiting
Kim MAll good
Randy SSome trouble registering online due to their computer system being down across the country. Apparently their main computer system is in America where the trouble originated. Go figure!!!! I ended up going in person to register the truck with the help of their 1 800 assistant. Bit of stress in that but got it done.
Margaret TThis 5*8 trailer(we needed a 4*8 they had none) should NOT have been rent out! We thought it was just bad suspension at first tell we where 1/2 to our location. Bent tongue , bald and wavey tires. The trip was horrible! This was a quick rental for us to help my mother move. It was bouncing so bad we had to repack 5 time and it snapped our Tie down ropes. (Yes we have lots of experience packing things worked for ups) The"owner" of this site wasn't in for pick up the person there didn't know a thing and we had to do it all over phone. Would have got a diffent one but no local rental near us almost hour drive.
