Staff was at lunch during our drop off time and we had to wait about 30/40 min. We had time to unhook and recheck everything, so all ok!

Everything was great for this to be my first time ever renting a U-Haul.

BEN AI picked up U-Haul in Ga. Told them I was going to SC, but they put on contract it was going to Ga. Went around and around on phone when I went to drop trailer in Ga. The phone operator hung up on me. Also they had wrong phone number on my contract so they could not send me drop off info in text. Also never asked for a email from me so that was not an option. Called back minutes later to get new person on phone they took another 20 min trying to find me a drop off point. Once finding the drop of point it was a closed down gas station in Aiken AC that no one was even at to recieve the trailer, a stranger on the corner said the U-Haul owner of business worked up the road at another gas station and I had to drive there to find this man. Then had to drive back and follow him to the closed down station. Took another 45 min to do all of this. I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 hrs on no one knowing what was going on. It was a nightmare to be honest. Worse experience for me and my wife ever.
