Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLocation and owner were great! It was extremely convenient for me. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a cargo van that Uhaul had stated could be picked up at this location. Instead Uhaul switched that out for a 10-ft truck.
Gregory HFirst of all, Customer Service told me the truck would be there and when we got there, it was not so they had to upgrade us for free, but the point is the truck wasn’t there even after I was told it would be nobody gave us the code it was just a mess
Jeffrey HTrailer was buried in the weeds and difficult to get back onto the street due to other equipment/cars in the yard. I had to help lift the trailer tongue, good thing i didnt send my wife or we couldnt have gotten it on the ball hitch. It was heavy and I tweeked my back. At drop off the person said our chains were not on right. So he did not do a thorough job inspecting. No pin to lock the ball hitch down and he didnt have one. One tire sure didnt look even when I was on the road - looked warped.
brad mMike was very friendly and efficient. There were several different types of trucks to choose from. He had exactly the singe truck I needed, and it was very affordable. The truck did have a dirty windshield, but not so bad that I couldn't see.
