The cashier that assisted me lacked basic sales and customer service skills. Upon arrival there was 5 ppl on line waiting when the customer in front of me demanded the get someone else to the floor. It didn't immediately dawn on that cashier to call for help. Then after waiting a ridiculously long period of time to be serviced I picked a truck for rent and was told without her even checking the computer that the did not have it. So I selected another vehicle again to be told it was out of stock . At this point I inquire about what was in stock instead of pointlessly picking items to no end. The cashier exclaimed â€œnothingâ€ was in stock when the young lady standing next to her interjected to inform us that multiple vehicles had been returned for the day and indeed the original van I requested was in stock. The entire experience was disappointing all the way down to asking me to scan my id. I informed the cashier that my partner had taken the car to the gas station across the street with my phone in it so I asked if she could possibly scan it as I have done so in the past. She told me this was not possible and there was no way for her to scan it . I was forced to leave the and walk across the street to retrieve the phone. Upon my return I start the process and scan the od in my hand where she waited until the entire process was done to tell me it needs to be placed on the table to scan. I was unable to go back as it was already accepted and she became unnecessarily up. Then told me to give her the id so she could scan it. (This after making me walk to get my phone since there was no way for her to do what she was now asking to do) Last complaint being She requested a second number. Requested that I then call the person to ask them to confirm me. Then places a call to the person while I was still talking to them causing it to go to voicemail. She hung up and looked me staring in the face to say â€œ it went to voicemail they didn't pick upâ€ Then proceeded to stare at me with a dense look until I suggested she call back seeing as to how she didn't wait until the call I was on with the person was completed. The staff definitely need more training at this location.LOVASIAS B.

I would never recommend anybody to the linden location. The little receptionist girl was extremely rude, I asked her to switch the the truck because it wasn't working properly she acted like she was deaf. I had to ask her if she heard me and then gave an irrelevant response.CARLINE J.

Great service in Cambria Heights. Reservation system and telephone waits are too inefficient. Went to three locations and waited on phone for hours before getting service. Actual service was great. Reservation system is too slow and individual locations should be able to direct you to the location that has the equipment needed. Having to call back the mational number is ridiculous.HENRYR R.

I did receive contract details. But, didn't receive final milage and that gas was above proper level and that you did verify truck was checked in properly. No estimate of tolls used. Plus the process of self-return is extremely labor-intensive.To add in mileage with decimal point is very confusing.Pictures, pictures,and more pictures. Have respect and verify info sent.
