Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI found the app difficult to use and missing reservation details. On several occasions I was told I had three and even four pending reservations. So canceling and rescheduling was very difficult.
Franklin MIf was an after hours drop off so really cannot comment on the personnel.
Brian WThese guys were awesome! Very helpful.
john wHad to wait over an hour and one half for equipment due to customers not honoring their agreement to get item back in time. Lee’s was helpful in trying to find an alternate site for equipment when an unscheduled return came in. The car hauler itself was fine but the electrical connection had been dragged on the pavement and the connector was damaged. I was able to open up the pin connection enough to get good contact. The ratchets on this hauler were very corroded and hard to use so some WD 40 or other rust/corrosion preventative would be needed. All in all Lee’s staff were very professional and provided great customer service.
