Would be good to know in advance that this really is a self serve location. The staff at the grocery store called U-Haul office and handed me the phone so we could complete the pickup remotely by text message. More pickup instructions would be helpful. Also the link to upload vehicle pickup photos would not work and timed out before I was successful in doing so. . Drop off was way simpler and the associate was able to complete that in person and provide me with a receipt I would rent from here again knowing now how the process would go and that it is not a regular U-Haul operation

Shanmuga GI book uhaul one day before, for 7 am pickup, but truck was not ready , have to call uhaul and afterthat wait for 2 hour, they give me uhaul at 9am. Very unprofessional. Afterthat, fill up fuel and good thing that i took pictures of fuel level odometer because when i went back home and what i see store charge me for low fuel. Then i hve to went back and show them picture and what they told me . U can talk to uhaul , we did what we can.fraud people of this location, if i did bot have fuel level picture then definitely they blame me for that
Kuldeep SNoone knows what they are doing at this location. I booked it online the person took me through every step to book in person slowing my planned day down. When I dropped it off at 10 am there was knowone there that knew anything , lady made a call told to come back at 12 noon thats when uhaul opens. This location should be closed
