Abdul-Basit BThe guy arrived late (35 minutes after their opening hours). He never apologized for it (a minimum curtesy, right?). I told him that I was not able to pick up the truck on the app for some reason (not working) and gaslit me in saying that I could have had the truck earlier with app and I should not blame him for being late. He also said that I should not be late to drop off, even though I said that he was late so that was rich from him. He flipped and was the rudest. He was definitely a misogynist (looking at me with dishust because I was in shorts) and should NOT be in costumer service. The truck was great and the app worked later during the day.

John PBusiness opened late and was not open when we arrived. Moving materials that were requested were not provided. Check out process was difficult.
