Van was marginally clean inside, windshield was not. Windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty. Gas tank appeared to be +/-Full upon pickup, probably was ~7/8 based on my post-rental actual Full gauge reading and the volume of of gas it took to actually FILL it. Pickup location is friendly and efficient, apparently they do not service or maintain the vehicles at this location. Location recommendation comes with a caveat, renters should check vehicles for cleanliness and other items noted prior to leaving the lot. In my case, it was the only van on location the Sunday morning I needed it, so there was no other choice.

Raymond BTried cleaning the driveway for two hours still can’t get it cleaned and the oil spill from the transfer case. I told the guy I think he was leaking. I haven’t showed him a picture. I even had my finger full of oil. He said it was from a different truck. I should’ve not trusted him.
Marcel MI had a reservation for 9:30 a.m. at the U-Haul location at Bow Mart in Bowness, but when I got there, the office wasn’t even open. I called U-Haul, and they transferred my reservation to another location in Bowness, where I was able to rent a van right away. But still, isn’t it pretty unacceptable for the office to be closed when I had a confirmed reservation?
