Staff was friendly and location was organized. This is a big improvement from my experience at this location previously.

I received good service with very little wait time and the pick up and delivery was handled efficiently. The trailer I rented was not clean and one of the vertical pins at the back was not properly secured to the trailer. After dropping off the trailer, I again received both and e-mail and a phone call telling me to call which I did. I was informed that I had not returned the trailer however, I did return it about four hours after picking it up. Your systems need to be reviewed to determine why this is happening.
Truck we rented at a different location yesterday came equipped with a lock for the box this location did not. A snow squall rolled in and the tires were questionable for winter weather- managed to return the truck safely.

The front counter staff at the start of the day was rude and lazy, asking us to photograph our liscence as her phone and the system doesn't work, then wanted us to to wait as she disturbed the other girl to do it as her phone was too old to work together with the system and it really wasn't a great taste left in our mouth to begin. When we brought the truck back, David (I believe was right there asking how the truck worked, evne though he knew that the Check Engine light was on, but had no idea why, then when we checked in to pay the bill the lady behind the counter was just awesome, We've had dealing with her before and she is a credit to your service.
A heads up that there was no drop off location in Sundre (my destination) would have been nice. I had to leave work early to return it all the to Didsbury. That cost me more in time, money and fuel. Disappointing.
I thought the check in process was very slow, particualrly since I entered all of the required information on-line when I made the reservation. The clerk then had do re-enter the information when I got to the location. In addition, I was phoned and e-mailed the next day inquiring as to why I had not returned the 4X7 trailer that I rented. I called the toll free number and told the person that I returned the trailer to the same location about three hours after the initial rental, even though it was rented for six hours. Somehow, the return of the trailer was not put "into the system", hence my being notified that I had not returned the trailer. This was far below the standards that I have come to expect from U-Haul.
It was good service with nice communication
Get some more parking spaces and dedicate them to paying customers. This location is in an area where parking should be freely available. I will not use it again due to the lack of parking. It added time and stress to my pickup as there was literally nowhere within a reasonable walking distance where I could park my car while renting the van.
The truck had no wheel balancing and wheel alignment done. As all the other trucks were booked we had to with the truck which was in no shape to be on road. The engine gear shifting also needs some work to be done on it. The truck no. Was 2272J. Overall that truck was not safe to be on road. I demand a refund!
Truck cab had Used wipes,someone's paper work and garbage In it, and the back was not much better for cleanliness. Truck ran fine.
The location and staff were really nice. But I got my Uhaaul with less than a 1/4 tank of gas, I put 35 miles on it, and then as per your contract, I had to fill it up above 1/4 tank to avoid penalties. That is some serious BS. You cannot give someone a truck under a quarter tank of gas and penalize them for not filling it up to MORE than was in the truck. As a result I had to throw in way more gas than I actually used, for a really short trip. Please ensure your vehicles dispatched are actually at levels above 1/4 tank of gas if you plan om charging your customers a fee for returning them under 1/4 tank.
