Terrible service at this location. The manager does not understand personal space, she doesn't listen, and she was forceful when trying to communicate while talking over me. Furthermore, the rental truck and equipment as booked. I included a dolly in my order which was not available upon pick up. The truck had a quarter tank upon pick up which added to the hassle of my move. The location of the pick up is filthy and you have to be prepared to step over drug addicts and people loitering/smoking just to get to the truck. The daily charge for this truck was more than other locations, and the fuel surcharge for exorbitant.

one of the back tires was flat, the app didn't work when I dropped off the vehicle and the location charged me for gas when I had put gas in the vehicle before returning it
BRADLEY HI booked my uhaul online for an 8am pickup. I got a text from uhaul that morning informing me that I was late picking up (30 minutes) and that if I didnt go get it they would charge me a no-show fee. When I got there the pick up location informed me that their uhaul office (which turned out just to be the front desk) doesn't open until 11. I then could not get my moving day started until 11:30 and was informed that I would get charged a fee for returning the truck after hours even though I was now 3 hours behind on my moving day due to this. Their website does not state their hours. I had also requested blankets and was charged for them. They informed me they had no blankets or dollys at that location. Uhauls self booking website should really ensure they know what is available for pickup at their locations, there seems to be absolutely no awareness of what the pickup location is doing.

JAMES MTerrible experience at this location. I had a reservation for a truck pickup at 7am, but even though they had the key and everything ready, the staff kept insisting they don’t start U-Haul services until 8am. It makes no sense to let customers book a 7am reservation if the location won’t honor it. Because of this, our entire moving plan was thrown off. We had an elevator booking at our building that was completely wasted due to the delay, which caused a chain reaction of problems for the rest of our day. I also regret that U-Haul transferred our original reservation from the 10015 Oakfield Drive SW location to this one at 5307 Macleod Trail SW. Looking at this location’s other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had issues here. U-Haul should offer compensation for reassigning our reservation to a dealer that couldn’t actually meet our booked time, and for wasting an hour of our moving day waiting on keys that should have been ready. I would not recommend this location to anyone planning a time sensitive move.
