Totally disappointed! The agent never asked me if l want an insurance, he went on to charge me $16 for service l did not ask for, thats totally unprofessional. Gracias.

Maggie ZAt drop off this location was unaware of the pick up issues. I dropped off U-Haul there as per direction from Langford pick up location. I returned the truck one day early with half of allowed miles, gas tank over 1/4 tank at pick up. Gas was over half tank insurance was charged on my bill. The person at location seemed unable to answer all my questions and suggested I call U-Haul phone number. The person at the location was not able to help me with my concerns I called the phone number and spoke to a customer service person who put in a file. To improve I’d suggest that U-Haul honor reservation pick up location pick up day and reservation. This was not this locations issue. They were only receiving the truck back in aware. The staff was friendly there. They were kind but unaware. They did give me a phone number to call U-Haul. I appreciated this.
