Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHorrible location. This should NOT be a U-Haul dealer. They never set it up for mobile pick-up so I went back when they opened (2 hours later) he was 15 minutes late showing up to open the store. He had no idea what he was doing, couldn’t find the keys to the U-Haul we rented. We tried to show him our drivers licenses (wouldn’t look at them, or the persons who rented the U-Haul in front of us). He also apparently didn’t even check us into the U-Haul because he couldn’t find us in the system when dropping the U-Haul off. U-Haul called me as I was about to return it, asking if I ever even picked the U-Haul up.. Horrible experience and will never pick up from that location again. Everyone I spoke to on the phone who actually worked at U-Haul was amazing though.
Alyssa SInaccurate pick up instructions. Selected mobile pick up and then when I arrived, called customer service who told me this location doesn’t do mobile pick up and I have to wait until 10am to get the truck. Store worker showed up late at 10:07. Fuel level was not full. Would not use again.
Mikayla FThe manager tried to fool us with the distance stating that we drove 60 miles instead of actual 40 km. He said we were good with the gas refill and then started calling and demanding to return and fill up the gas. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Anastasiia OTook me 30 mins to get the truck, also the parking at the location wasn't available when I came back, had to park down the street. I fueled up to 1/2 tank instead of 1/4 which was the original level, can I get reimbursed for that extra gas I gave for free?
