Burton TX is already in the middle of nowhere and 50 miles from my requested pickup location (College Station), but the staff was not friendly at all.

Radio display out and front cover broken. Unusable!!! Cab bulkhead could use some brackets for hanging jackets, etc.
Bob S.No stoppers on the chains and this location just told me to hook up my own trailer and take it. Nice lady, but not very safe. I use trailers weekly at work, but other people may not be as savvy and could lead to a dangerous situation.
Andrew B.Truck was filthy and rentall clerk rude. Had to go twenty miles out of my way tp pick up truck since my equipment not avalable in Brenham. No hand truck avaable. To top it off got charged $99.00 for going over mileage.ast time I will use U haul.
