Nate in Burton was amazing ! He offered to help me get a utility dolly even though he was the drop off location because my pick up location failed to give me one and lied about not having any when we seen them outside . Nate also made sure I knew where I was going and was super friendly! Thanks much!!!

I reserved a truck and dolly for what was quoted online at $41 and cents, got a bigger truck than expected and it was great, but I didn't use the dolly that I reserved and I was still charged for it. I called the store a few times and was put on hold, so I figured I'd call corporate for assistance reaching out; Carlos helped me out and got my report started, or whatever it was, and told me that Dan would get in touch but Dan never got in touch. All in all, not terrible, but it looks like uhaul or perhaps that private business wants to keep my $15. Swell -_- Thanks anyway, Carlos. We tried.

We booked our Uhaul with Holly Road Storage in Grand Blanc. We made the appointment at 10:00 AM on 11-13-17. When we arrived at our appointment at 10:00 no one was there I called and got no answer so we called Uhaul and they set us up at the Burton location. It delayed our trip 1.5 hours. and made our return with the truck difficult because it was dark out and we had to unload it. We were told we would be compensated but just wanted to cover all bases on the event. Just wanted to say Nate at First Storage in Burton really made up for our delay. He was so nice and accommodating. If we need a uhaul again we will start with Burton. Thanks Nate

The truck was not in good condition as far as the suspension. The truck was really bouncing way too much. The steering was challenging as the truck was pulling to the right which made it difficult to drive. It was a miserable journey from Flint Michigan to Milwaukee Wisconsin. Also, the worker could not get his computer system to take my debit card for 10 minutes but he did give me $20 off for the inconvenience. However when I reserved the truck it was $399 and when I changed the day from Saturday to Tuesday the price was went up to $449. That extra really hurt my pocket book.
