The store is not to blame as this was a one way rental. The truck was difficult to get as it was a counter less pickup. Had to call support 2 times to complete the pickup process. Later found a bad tire on the truck and had to call again to get it replaced. Support was great, but tire should have been found and replaced before pick. They need to iron out issues with their app.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had a few items destroyed and some things broke quality of loading could have been a lot better
scott dCould not access the keys the worker didn't know anything and called customer service talked to 3 different people the first lady hung up on me took an hour to get keys and didn't have the size truck we needed and had to make 2 trips because of it was not pleased.
Juliana PThe U-Haul was easy to find and pickup but the blankets and dolly I paid for were not there. I need to request a refund.
Sarah HFirst time I ever self checked in a vehicle for return. After a long trip from GA and unloading in the cold rain I turned the truck in without any trouble.
