I was charged twice for my rental. It's Sunday evening so I can't get that solved now, and I was told I'd get a receipt in email after I dropped my truck off 5 hours early, but still mi receipt at 7:30 PM (I dropped it off before 1pm). The second charge was 20 dollars more than original, even though I filled up gas and didn't go over the miles projected. But with mi receipt I can't compare.

The staff here is very friendly and i'll be happy to rent from them again if i need to. since i'm a fairly regular customer it would be nice if I had an easy way to reserve a trailer and upon checking in if I could just have the trailer hooked up and sending me down the road. I think my information is at least now being saved on your computer so i don't have to give my name and all my information each time. thanks again, Dean Strand A very happy Uhaul customer!!

I'm VERY unhappy about the online and in-store ordering experience. Both online when I reserved the van, and in the store, I declined both the charge for blankets and the CDW coverage of $10.00. Upon returning the van, I was yet AGAIN charged for blankets. That charge was taken off, but when I got my final receipt, Uhaul had once AGAIN charged me $10.00 for CDW coverage. I'm very upset because it seems like Uhaul is sneaking charges onto my bill even after I repeatedly declined them.

I waited 2 hours to pick up my equipment, then they tried to over charge me. I would not recommend the Burian location or the rainier beach near QFC both are really rude and unprofessional

The truck had been peed in and there was tin foil wrappers as if someone had been doing some sort of drugs in there. I had to clean my bookshelves when I got to my house. The woman said there was nothing she could do for us. Massive fail. Horrible.

Fire the manager. The only other employee was frantically trying to keep up with the very busy line and he was not only NOT helpful, but he was downright rude to her at both the pickup and return of my truck. He was also rude to a customer.

It was a difficult morning for this location as most vehicles on the lot had had their gas siphoned off by thieves, but the staff made the best of it. A really good team working to put the customer first.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our truck was old and rickety. I'm not sure if it was maintained but checked yes anyway. It was clean just not sure about maintained.

During my previous Uhaul rent I forget a phone and we been asking repeatedly for the phone but the lady where I new today she is the Manager told us she don't have any phone and even they destroyed one which was about two months, then we asked another person and he said there are two phones where one of them was the phone we lost while this was yesterday today when I return the truck I was charged fot two days but I had the truck les than one day, very impotrantly her approach was vary bad and she refused to give me her name andher tug was inside her shirts. she told me to go, my words been that I will complain as a customer, I think she is not trustworthy and not honest I now she knows where I live it was very bad experience. thank you with best regards Mulu
