What a disaster! One of the worst customer experiences of my life. Not only did the reservation change from one-way to round trip, but the shocking lack of customer service or human decency was the absolute last thing I needed on moving day. I don't even know where to start, and without personal judgement on the various characters I dealt with, I'm hard pressed to say anything positive. Rude conduct and unprofessional behavior from nearly the entire team, as though I had set the reservation up wrong. I'll contact corporate for a partial refund, as doubling my moving day costs, was very frustrating.
It was a tight squeeze pulling in, but the attendant helped me easily return the vehicle.
Keep up the standards for it is phenomenal but anything that can help is welcomed. No suggestion now.

Can was very clean. Easy to rent forestry easy to return. Cargo Back area smelled like pot. Counter and help was pleasant and nice. Truck was in good condition. If rent again.
Made a reservation using the website. Reserved a truck which the website said it had one available at my store. Went to the store to pick it up my order and they had no trucks available for rent. Can you fix the website to see/know what the store's inventory has available for the customer.

This location is close and convenient. There was only one person working, but she was helpful. This is a cramped location and not easy to drop off a trailer. We had to help the attendant back the car trailer into a spot with the dolly because she wasn't big enough to handle it herself. There wasn't enough room to back it into the spot with my truck.
Make sure that you have the U-Haul when someone makes a reservation two weeks in advance and I don't know why you guys are letting these tacky gas stations do business with U-Haul it is a very bad look for your company When I arrived to the Everett location they were not giving me my $50 reimbursement fee for the inconvenience of a two hour delay I had to call your customer service and receive it at that point
Two things, 1. I was about 20 minutes late getting to the facility, I stood in line for a while and the fellow in front of me reservation had been canceled. I was surprised to find out that I almost lost my truck because of being slightly late. It's doesn't say that anywhere on the website. The person at the desk actually started calling me to find out if I was coming. I suspect if I had been at home and not answered my phone right away they would have given away my truck. 2. The roll door was sightly damaged and difficult to shut because of the cable being damage before I picked it up.
I went there and it was good to see a sign for wearing masks on the front door , but I surprised that verisha one of the employees there she doesn't wear mask and even when I dropped the track she still not wearing any mask That's was shocked with all the recommendations about social distance and wearing masks
Everything was great! No complaints,customer service was great.
The staff member who assisted me was playing a video game when I walked in and continued to play his video game while assisting me. He was incredibly unhelpful and disinterested in providing any type of actual assistance. I basically did the entire transaction myself using the website on my mobile device.
I always prefer the Burien location. They're efficient & friendly. I like the online check in & return as well.
Certifying the vehicle has been cleaned and sanitized and ensuring there are no dash lights on indicating a oil change is required.
I was pissed that "for MY convenience" you made me travel to a distant site in an unknown town that I flew into, rather than getting off your lazy asses and bringing my reserved vehicle to my promised location. How about next time "for YOUR convenience" I leave the truck at MY HOUSE and you come and get it?

Excellent experience. Never fun moving but we made 3 trips in 24 hours and moved an entire house. Was very disappointed when I went to return the truck and even though there was a sign that said you had to wear a mask there was someone renting a truck not wearing a mask and the Uhaul employee allowed it.
Great staff very friendly and nice.
Everything was great! I was impressed at the helpfulness of the staff at this location - they were awesome in helping us hitch the trailer and didn't even blink when I came in the wrong end of the lot to drop off. They said it was absolutely fine and came to do check quickly and smoothly. Thank you!!!
Employee clearly wasn't following safety protocols for Covid. Wasn't wearing a mask, didn't encourage other to, and the van cab was filthy. No sign of cleaning out the space between users. Even had to wait while he tended to some guy (who was behind me in line) as they went out to talk about the guy's car and some electrical issue he was having. Talking closely with no masks on, they even shook hands afterward. WTF. I'm guessing this guy thinks the whole pandemic is some Trumpian hoax. Unbelievable disregard for others' health and safety. Never going there again.
