Erroneous charges, van broke down. Waited two hours for assistance, finally had to get a ride back to U-haul for replacement. Tow truck towed away van with my possessions in it. Had to drive 40 miles to retrieve possessions. Was required to pay $50 deposit for replacement vehicle and then received mileage charges for that vehicle. Will never use this branch again and will tell all of my friends and work associates to steer clear of it.
Driver door latch had issues, I let them know
I was charged for 100 miles more then I used I am not happy with this
They over charged me for miles (almost double) and after several attempts I'm still waiting customer service to contact me

Only one item to report. No gas cap otherwise everything up to standard.
The U-Haul representative made it incredibly easy for me to return my U-haul. That was the easiest part of the whole process.
A driver /hauler from UHaul . They can go directly to the customers place for movies. Just like the professional movers.
The steering was kinda loose on the van
The 24/7 online service was a failure in my own opinion. Waiting for approval took me 20 to 30 mins I was scheduled to pick up at 6am, thus, I was there at 5:40 AM (considering this is the night time changed to an hour early). I submitted all requirements by 5:50 AM but it took me around 6;20 before I was approved and got to take the truck. Something should be done.
The truck was neither clean, nor in great shape. However, OK for a local rental. I drove the truck 10 miles total. Refilled it with fuel prior to returning, but was later charged $9.50 for Ez Fuel. After spending 30 minuted on the telephone with corporate customer service, who could not tell me how the $9.50 was calculated, and emailing photos of my gas receipt, I was told that i would be contacted by the local branch within 72 hours. NO... I had to follow-up with corporate again. I was eventually refunded the money, but i spent almost as much time dealing with a false charge as I did moving.
Was charged almost twice what I was told. Was told it would be $28 to rent it and then got charged $47. Not happy.
I wanted to recognize Jonathan at the Burbank victory location. Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process amazingly easy. All companies should have employees like that. Thank you Jonathan!

Bad customer service the workers need to be more professional
The front brakes were spongey and the rotors felt warped. Also the front steering had a lot of play, think the front end needs to be rebuilt. A little scary when on the freeway, wondered a lot when hit bumps/dips on the freeway.
Only complaint was that the passenger area had a very strong odor of cigarettes. Other than that, very nice ride.

The app is the worst interface I've ever used. It was supposed to make pick up and drop off easier and it delayed both significantly. I've rented U-Haul many times, this was my first time using the app and it's the last time too. It made the entire experience frustrating and it's usually so simple.
This location is by far the best managed U-haul I have rented from. Please take out the blankets and dolly I have all of that and it only gets in the way. If someone wants it they can rent it from the front desk. It is a cheesy way of put product.
when i picked up my truck i did a quick walk around then drove about 5 miles to load it then 10 miles to my home. i was moving a client from Silver Lake, CA to Cambria, CA, about 230 miles one way. before i left i checked the tire pressure, coolant level and engine oil. checking the oil dip stick there was no oil on the stick. i checked 3 times. i had 5w-30 at home and added 3 quarts of oil before the oil read in the full zone i think my whole job could have been put in jeopardy if i broke down during the trip, which i feel was a real possibility being that low on oil. i thank God i have some auto mechanical experience. your shops should be more thorough in their inspections.
