Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI have several complaints. The day before my scheduled pickup, I received a message that the pickup location had changed. Nobody checked with me to ask if this was okay. This was inconvenient because I had selected a pickup location that was walking distance from me. I called to change the location back to the original one, but I had to change my pickup time from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. When I arrived at the location at 11:30 am, there was nobody there. The store New Era Wireless was closed and I called their contact number 5 times. No answer. I had to go to the convenience store next door to inquire and they called the owner/manager of New Era Wireless to open the shop. The owner Monique did not come until 12:15 pm - 45 minutes late! I request a refund for this stressful occurrence.
