This guy is a jerk!! My husband stopped by on 1/18 to buy a hitch and make a reservation for a trailer from 1/30 thru 2/2. The guy put it in as a quote instead of a reservation. Why would he buy a hitch if he wasn’t making the reservation?? He refused to compensate us in any way and wouldn’t own up to his mistake. After 2 phone calls and talking to SEVERAL customer service reps, we got a small box truck reserved and we were told we would get a $50 refund. When my husband went to pick up the truck the guy was once again, RUDE! He threw his arms in the air and said he didn’t have to rent to us! On 1/31 my husband called customer service to confirm we would be receiving the refund and they said there was no reference to it in their notes!! My husband was completely frustrated and had to start all over with explaining the situation and the poor customer service we received from this location. This was our 4th and last time renting from this location! His office is a pigsty and smells of smoke and dog. The trucks windshield wiper fell off so my husband had to put it back on in the pouring rain. This was a horrible, stressful situation.

Place and truck smelled like cigarettes. Was a 50 mile drive from my house. Found moldy ziplock bag under seat with goop in it. This was my first time renting a uhaul and I was not given a walk around or explained any of the information. “ Just sign here and you good to go”.

First of all, I recieved the truck with half a tank and returned it with half a tank. The crook charged me 3 gallons of fuel. The vehicle was also cleaner when I returned than I had received it. Plastic and cardboard where in the back and I have pictures of it. When I returned it the guy became angry how I parked it and demanded I just dropped the keys in the box and leave after I offered to move it. Absolutely poor service and guy was a jerk. I want my 15 dollars for fuel and bull crap $25 cleaning fee back!

It’s not clear that fuel needs to be refilled, no one mentioned it to me When we reserved the van , picked up the van or received paperwork , no one told me to note where the fuel was when we got in the vehicle so we had to kind of guess because we thought that the mileage cost covered the cost of fuel it’s nowhere on the contract that I was given and I assumed that the $.79 a mile covered fuel ...also when we went to drop off the vehicle after hours there’s a sign up that says to check in we already put the keys in the dropbox and then signed in to confirm drop off of the vehicle and there was a bunch of things it was asking us to do that you can’t do after you drop the keys off like take odometer pictures, there needs to be some kind of signage that says before you put your keys in the drop box complete the online drop off process.
