Communicate the online reservation and contract information to the Pickup Location. Jack at Racen Preowned Auto was wonderful but had to make a couple phone calls to get the information he needed to complete the rental process.

Phillip S.Brought the truck back and voiced concerns with this truck. The headlights were dim, the speedometer was not accurate and I had belongings that were wet. Was told the units were “water repellant not water proof†How can a company sell cardboard boxes and state they are better than plastic totes when having water in the unit ruining contents
