Heather W.Upon arrival to check in and pick up my rental truck I was refused help and service. The guy told me I had to use the app or call the 800 number because he was closing soon and wasn't going to help me. The cell service wasn't good so I had a lot of trouble with the app and even when I couldn't process the rental, it was still before closing and he again flat out refused to help me. Worst customer service ever! I was completely appalled by his behavior as I've never been turned away or refused service during operating hours. I will never use this location and again and shared this with everyone I know so they do not have to go through the same experience.
Liana B.The 10 ft U-Haul truck with the car transport I can honestly say that the U-Haul truck did not want to pull very well with my Rav 4 being on the car transport. It did not want to take the hills very well so I think you might want to make sure how much a vehicle weighs that is being pending on the transport.
Tabetha H.I had ordered added equipment/supplies to help in my move. I called ahead to request it loaded in the truck, since I knew they'd be closed during the holiday weekend. It wasn't done. I worked with UHaul CS and the destination terminal to make it right.

Andrew H.Truck is just really rough overall. The rear cargo door is extremely difficult to close due to rusted bearings. I had to spray WD40 on them just to get it to close- still took 100% of my body weight to lower it. Lock down latch for the dolly is not functional, so had to tie it down with rope to prevent it from bouncing around loose. Truck always starts with the towing function engaged, and has to be turned off manually. Not sure if that's normal, but not desirable. It got the job done, but overall the equipment seems like it needs some improvement.

Christal T.I don't like that I'll be charged because I didn't do the internet return off my phone. I returned it around 8:15 pm I got the key at 1:00pm. It already cost enough for very short time use.

Damon S.The online check in to get the truck before a person was at Racen was ABYSMAL. It took ridiculously too long, I had to wait until an employee verified my ability to rent the truck despite the reservation being made and license being provided more than a week in advance. My movers were left for a half hour with no work bc of how long the online process took. When I called the toll free number, NO ONE ANSWERED AND I WAS ON HOKD FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES.
Briana M.When I asked the employee if the trailer was checked out for any defects, specifically checking on the tire quality, I was told he didn't know. Then proceeded to tell me to kick them to check the tire pressure and quality if I wanted after I explained the long distance I was travelling (1200 miles). He basically shrugged his shoulders as he just didn't care. I had to purchase a tire gauge and ultimately had to get one of the tires repaired before I started my trip. This customer service was very poor and not what I would have expected from a uhaul provider.
Lesley S.The two dollys I requested were not in the truck I picked up after hours. Despite this I have been charged for two days rental on both. I emailed the address that sent my receipt as directed and received no response. I'm being charged rental for equipment I wasn't supplied with to use.

daniel S.ASKED FOR FURNITURE DOLLY WEEKS BEFORE WE MOVED AND WERE TOLD THERE WAS ONE WITH EVERY TRUCK BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE HE DIDN'T HAVE ONE.
DAVID V.No dollys, we rented a utility dolly but couldn't even use it. Took us an extra day to move due to no regular dollys being available at this location. Super disappointed.

LORI N.Great place to rent from. The truck which was from Arizona had a couple issues that were annoying but not safety worthy in that sense. The radio volume didn't work and the ac directional knob was useless. It would only blow out at your feet I think. I actually didn't know where it was blowing but the van stayed Simi cool. The windshield was so dirty from spraying disinfectants it was hard to see out of in the evening . It should be clean after disinfectants are applied

Marion B.Confirm the tank is really full. I drive the truck a total if 7 miles. It took over 5 gal of gas to fill before return. There is no way it was a full tank when I picked it up even though the dash read full.
Susan K.When we got the truck, the gas was not filled all the way, but was a little over a quarter of a tank. We expected that the gas tank would be as close to full as possible. We had to spend $52.00 on gas alone due to the tank not being full.

MARY L.Find a different U-Haul dealer. I first tried the anmoore location and there was no one to help for 30 minutes so I did a online pickup that I had to cancel because of the time it takes to complete. (Which is ridiculous in 2021). So I then did raven auto which is the only place that had a pickup. Steve was a asshole. He talked badly about U-Haul the whole time and treated me like I was stupid because your mobile pick sucks.
