Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI ordered 12 moving pads and a basic hand truck. They had no pads and they gave me an appliance dolly, I have no appliances, and it doesn't work well for boxes. Clerk was more interested in ringing up other customers and interrupted my return several times. He made me go out and take a pic of the truck dash instead or checking himself. Made me unload the dolly I never used.
Virginia RTrailer was in good condition but had water leaks when it rained.
Leo LWe reserved to pick up there at 10, we didn't get the truck until 12 and now U haul is saying we owe more money. So this is a problem.
robert LDon’t nickel and dime your customers! I was Not given enough mileage to get to my farm pick up my stuff and get to my destination… i had To pay $3.50 more at the other end- it’s not the amount, it’s the fact that you did not calculate mileage from ur location to my home then to the destination- I will NOT be recommending this place or this company!!
