It's difficult to rate this site as it was not manned; we had to figure things out on our own. The first clue was the other U-Haul trucks off to one area of the parking lot which had many other businesses in that mall using that parking. The text from U-Haul didn't make it clear that the only option was to check the truck back in remotely, but once that was figured out things went smoothly.

Interior dash was filthy, dampness incorrect size for a 26 ft truck, prob 7 ft long making for a very steep incline! Almost lost several rolling cabinets.

Archtrea LA little glitch when we arrived to pick up the U-Haul - no one was there, and we had to make a call. Someone showed up within minutes and we were on our way - only thing missing were two big, strong men to help us with the moving!!!!
