Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDidn’t have the dolly’s I ordered and it appears U-Haul is fighting me on the refund…for like, $24…come on.
James GThe location might be nicer during the day, but at night I can only describe it as spooky. The building and parking lot were very dark compared to the other closed businesses around it and rather than helping me see, the one flickering light only added to the creepy tone of the drop-off sight. I will say that the gentleman I spoke to earlier in the day was very helpful and had a cheerful demeanor. I just wish the building and parking lot were better lit at night
Adrian CThe truck was filthy. We had to stop at a gas station once on the road to try and clean the inside if the windshield. It was so dirty it was difficult to see out of. The wiper blades were old and mostly just streaked when used during rain. When you are spending $2200 for a little 10' foot truck, you should at least be able to see out of the windshield and have windshield wipers that work when driving in rain.
Stacy MNever using you guys again
