Very disappointed that I reserved the truck and heavy duty utility dolly for a long distance move and get to pick up the truck and no dolly. Very disappointed this was reservation was done well in advance. People literally are in pain from doing this move with no dolly. Unacceptable

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulReturned the truck during regular advertised and posted hours but there was no one around. The main reason for returning here was because of the hours. Instead of a quick in person return it ended up taking nearly 45 minutes as we navigated the website and waited for pictures to upload. The outside of the building is fun and well maintained but the driveway and parking area could use some TLC.
Eldon SDo not list and charge for unloaded when they are not available.
Sheila GRental went nice and smooth
