Just check pressure tires on a trailer, because 1 time tire was low pressure when I rent a tow trailer, then second one after I loaded was low tire on pressure

The flat screen TV box panels need more holes towards the bottom. I'm 5'3 and it was difficult carrying the box with my 5'1 cousin.
I rented a trailer, I suggest if someone is renting a trailer an email or phone call should go out to them explaining what they will need on their car in order to tow the trailer properly. I needed a belt and ball and the location did not have any for me to purchase therfore I had to waste time, leave go purchase the equipment somewhere and then return to be hooked up

I was extremely frustrated and highly dissatisfied with my experience with the reservation. My reservation was literally split last minute and due to the lack of clear instructions and communication I ended up going to the wrong place even though it was the location told.
Not my style to give feedback but the people I was moving the day of my rental were firm about being on time in Manhattan @ West 34th street at 8am to get a parking spot not only was the person 18 minutes late opening up @ 7:18am then my vehicle was buried 4 deep in a row surrounded by other rental vehicles with no chance to get out by the time I left it was 7:39 am with only 12 miles to my destination I did not make it losing my parking and having to park a city block away to load my vehicle. my 1 hour job turned into a nightmare and what burns me the most using Uhaul for over 30 years I know you really don't care
I was overcharged. The truck passenger door was messed up. The gas wasn't where it was supposed to be.
Pricing was just very different than the one I end up paying , everything else was good !!!
I had a long wait to be seen by representative who was helping another customer. There should have been two Representatives available.
Adequately inform the customer (especially if new to your service) about contract details to show transparency. The trip destination on app should be required, not optional. That will prevent problems with reservation mistakes.
They charged extra money I don't know why
I understand that with covid there's a process to each transaction, however if there are client facing people available at the location and there is a line of customers maybe having them jump in to knock out the line of in-person clients. It's a small thing really. The person at the front was as efficient as they could have been.
The person inside was very helpful. The person outside needs some help regarding attitude and behavior. I got there a few minutes before 7pm and when he saw me pull up he left right away. I did not know they were closing exactly at 7pm but I got there beforehand and he just left. I locked up the truck and dropped the key in the mail slot.
Never rented anything from Uhaul 230th street
Offer one way rentals. I had to pay twice the price to drive 53 miles one way to move and then drive back again to drop it off because these locations were offering. At pick up the location also asked that we bring the truck back within 8hours- that they were doing that for â€œthe holiday seasonâ€. It's clearly a 24 hour rental. Thought that was odd
A place we can throw out garbage and not get charged for it would be nice.

Fix your trucks
The truck itself was completely fine, and most staff I met were nice. However, the contactless pick up was not contactless and took about 30 mins to get through at this site, so arrive before your scheduled time if possible. When I arrived, I logged into the app to follow the instructions. I had to scan the location code, then find my truck, then the driver had to be verified, then go get my key at one office, then was sent to pick up dolly in another office but when I got there, I was told the dolly was outside so I had to go back out (when in reality the dolly was supposed to be inside my truck already). This was in no way contactless or quicker than doing the regular steps in person, I'm disappointed in the service.
