U-Hall Contract Number 240705554 Please I want to understand your billing, your records for the vehicle that is part of the invoice, show that the vehicle was driven for only twelve miles. Gas was put in the truck to the level it was when it was rented. If we assume that the truck was returned without replenishing the gas used, your bill for gas means that the vehicle consumed 8 gallons of gas in twelve miles. The vehicle is so bad that it covers only one and a half (1-1/2) miles per gallon. Secondly, the U-Hall phone record will show that the truck was returned on Sunday, the key put into the return box. I tried for more than fifteen minutes to have your system work properly for me to confirm the return of the key. I called the next morning when your office is supposed to be open, to report the incident, the central U-Hall services took the call and indicated that your system still has the vehicle as if it has not been returned. I believe you have a video camera record, which will show when the truck was returned and how long I was at the key dropoff box area trying to follow the key dropoff instructions to no avail. Please reverse the charge for a second day, and every penny of the fuel charge, plus tax. The discrepancy in your own records very glaring. U-Hull is above this type of behavior. Thank you,CHIKE O.
There is not much to recommend. This was an all positive experience for me. Started with the person taking my reservation over the phone to the counter/rental agent. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I dropped off the pick up truck it was pleasant. I will recommend anyone to do rent from U-hall.JEAN RIGUEL U.
