Great experience here, Steven that works at this location was very pleasant not only over the phone but in person aswell. I just moved to NY from Boston, Ma so it was nice to come across someone so helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for both renting and returning Uhaul. Steven is a value to this location, I plan to rent Uhaul again this week and will definitely return to this location simply because of Steven's customer service skills.

Uhaul in Brockton need to stop over charge for customers for things they never agree with specially with the manager name "Phillip Dube who treated customers like trash and I know it is not Uhaul values. Thank you.

I had a confirmation email for a rental truck but the location was changed the day after the confirmation of a truck being available at the Hanover location. I spoke to a woman on the phone who said i could only get a truck at the brockton location but when i got there the salesperson said my truck was given away. This was very frustrating as i never should've received a confirmation that a truck was available in Hanover to be rerouted to Brockton then have the truck be given away because i was not there at the right time. The woman on the phone never told me that the truck would be given away if i wasn't there on time. Thankfully a truck was waiting to be checked back in when this was going on at the brockton location . Sadly in order to get that truck i had to pay quite alot more money than i had anticipated spending and then the truck had to be brought to abington and i had to make arrangements to get from abington to brockton to get my car back. Im dissatisfied with the fact i had to spend more and i felt like i got the run around.

Truck gas tank was WAY below the empty line. Was told I’d get a gas credit if returned with 1/4 tank. Only went 13 miles total - put $25 in the tank - didn’t quite reach the 1/8 mark. Was told no credit. Added $23 worth of gas - for what? I got ripped off. What happened to pick it up full, return it full? Never again.

We had a reservation for 7 am and the clerk did not show up until 7:45 am. Very inconvenient. The equipment was old. The afternoon representative was very efficient and professional. Immediately offered a discount for the delay in the morning.
