Clean the vehicle.Pretty simple and expected. My vehicle was filthy disgusting. Supposedly a regional manager dropped it off the day before to this small rental location.Unbelievable.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was bad smell in the truck- could have have been left open the back door, also as first time user I didn’t know anything about mirrors adjusting, lights and hand brakes- perhaps the person who was there to help did not know anything
kanti sExcellence service! Informative and polite
Kyle MExcellent customer service by Felicita and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this location to our family and friends.
Vito MI booked a uhaul truck with a furniture dolly because i needed to move big furniture. I picked the truck up before the place opened and the dolly wasn't in there. I called later when they opened thinking they would be helpful and deliver the dolly to me, but they just said "We don't have dollys here." Why was I able to book one online then? I had to get more help to pick up the heavy stuff. It was horrible. Will never use Uhaul again.
