MICHAEL PNo one was at the site for our reservation time, the mechanic shop next door called them for us and we went through everything through the phone. Which we were told the gas was at a quarter of a tank which it was, then at the drop off location they said their records indicate the tank was nearly full and we were charged for the extra gas which wasn’t fair since I brought back the truck with the same amount of gas I picked it up with. Called and made a complaint and haven’t heard back yet.
SHARONDA FGet somebody that knows what they’re doing it took an hour and a half to check the truck out the windshield had an inch of ice frozen on it no scraper had to go buy one so that we the customers had to scrape it the truck was dirty no one told me that renting it on Saturday I would have to pay weekend rate for Monday Tuesday and Wednesday felt that was ripped off on that since I was not informed
