Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere is nothing positive to say here. The location is not staffed. Nobody answered on either of the two contact numbers I managed to scrounge up. The location was full of muddy potholes and would be difficult to enter and exit with any weather or larger vehicles. U-Haul itself was also no help with customer service wait times in excess of an hour. I would not recommend dropping or renting equipment here. You’re a national company. Do better.
JUSTIN MUnderstand that this is basically an unmanned drop lot by it would be extremely helpful to understand that before showing up to drop off.
Timothy PThis is the U haul hire I have had in the last three months every one of them have been a disgrace it has taken me anything from two and a half to three hours to get my trailer from the This is not the fault of the agent Mr Pendleton , this is the pathetic software that you all use which again was very evident this week. I clearly explained to the lady who had to do the transaction from the Central office that I would return the trailer to Stamford She got that wrong and put Haskell which was an additional 30 miles onto my journey to return that trailer back I will not be using you all again and I would never recommend it to anybody else
