ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH U-HAUL. I was told the truck would cost around $50, and somehow I ended up being charged $261. That is completely outrageous. How does a $50 rental suddenly turn into a $261 charge? This is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat a customer. I agreed to rent the truck based on the price I was given. Had anyone clearly told me I would be charged $261, I would have NEVER rented it. I feel completely misled and ripped off. A company this large should be completely transparent about its pricing instead of allowing customers to walk away expecting one amount and then hitting them with a bill more than FIVE TIMES HIGHER. This has been one of the WORST customer service and rental experiences I have ever had. I am furious and extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I am demanding that U-Haul investigate these charges immediately and refund the unjustified difference. I want a complete breakdown explaining exactly how a rental I was told would be approximately $50 became $261. Until this is properly resolved, I would NOT recommend U-Haul to anyone. Make sure you check every single charge before renting because my experience was absolutely terrible. $50 quoted. $261 charged. Completely unacceptable. I WANT MY REFUND.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFirst they changed time and location of pickup (what does reservation mean then??!!!) So I got there 2 hr earlier to pickup and guess what! On the app still was same time so I had call and ask to change the pickup time as they EMAILED me!!!! Took me an hour on the phone! When I opened the truck I didn’t receive the dolly I reserved!!!! Come on management should be proud of themselves. Haha and I’m still charged for the dolly!! And also when I called to complain where the dolly is, manager!!! Hang up on me. AMAZING!
