Staff was very helpful customer service was great didn't take much time to get the truck I want and I was on the road brought back the truck and no issues. Highly recommend this location. I am fully satisfied with their level of service

I was overcharged on the km charge. Out km was 6289 and return was 6374 = 85km. I was charged for 100 aprroximatly 10$ more than I should have. Truck was filthy in the cargo area.

The online check in was fine but when I got there to pick up the van the computer system wasn't working correctly. I had to wait for a second person to come so they could go through the process and get it to work. My husband and I waited about 20 - 30 minutes. The gentlemen helping us were very polite and invited us to have a seat. The van was clean and full of gas but it would have been helpful if someone had show us the features of the van. I had trouble figuring out how to turn on the lights and adjust the seat. I couldn't get the passenger mirror to adjust so I could see to drive safely. I brought the van back while the location was open but when I handed in the key I didn't get a final bill or any paperwork to verify my charges. I went to the location when it was still open so I would. The location was very close and easy to find.

I was charged a lot more than what I was supposed to be charged and I had to wait about 4 hours for my truck. It was overall a bad experience and an inconvenience.

Have the u haul people come out and check the van. Clean it before someone rents it. Don't overcharge someones credit card.

Customer service needs to improve. Three times I have rented from this location and used the express checkout and I have to do the whole process again. It was not fast at all.

I signed for quick check out and the associate took all my credit card information again.i assumed that I would only have to show Id and pick up the key. I have picked this location twice and had the same service both times. The trunk needs a new wiper on the driver side and fluid. Please advise the morning associate about quick check out.

I rented a 9ft cargo van. The vehicle was not clean and had a bad smell with the storage area littered. Uhaul should clean the vehicle as a matter of courtesy before letting it out to the next customer.

The truck was fine, reserved 2 dozen pads, internet reservation confirmed availability, picked up the truck none there at this location, even called the night before and asked if the pads and truck were there and ready to go and they said yes. we go by with what we had.

The drive side wiper did not clean the windshield proper and it was not good for the snowy weather we had today. The attendant at the desk had trouble bring up my account when I had signed up for express ....it took 15 minutes to get the key.

Besides being billed twice for insurance (safemove) $15x2 bc I went over the time and it saying that the return time was 11:57pm when it was 8:15pm...it was overall a good experience. Next time I know not to take insurance and just use my Amex insurance from the CC that it was billed too.

The gas reading was not right and i had to fill up $20 extra to reach over the gauge level. I drove the car 44 kms paid $30 gas And they didn’t refund me At a time if you return the car very little short They charge you .

Give a demonstration how to adjust the side mirrors and how to turn on and off the light (I don’t remember the light name) over the drivers head. For instance, I was unable to adjust the side mirror to my liking and also it was difficult to locate the button that turn on and off the light ?? over my head. However, I had to refer to the Manuel after several attempts.????. Also, I think that it should be one flat rate to rent the truck and no extra cost added because one exceeds the 48 Kilometers. A number of factors could of come into play to causes this to occur.

I booked dolly with my booking but not got it caz its not available. U hail website says i will get $50 if I didn’t get what i booked but call center is saying NO very very bad $50 refund thing is Fraud Why you guys do marketing that you can’t fullfill? Answer me if possible

I got bumped to another location for a 10' truck to Steeles and Kennedy without any intimation. I arrived to the new location ON TIME at 8.00 pm and the location was closed. I was on call at the number mentioned by 8.02 pm and the guy simply said that yes it is closed so to call the U-haul hotline. After waiting through call queue i was explaining the situation to the agent and she asked me what time was it by then. My reply was 8.06. She tried getting in touch with the manager as she said the reservations department was closed. They said that i could pick up the truck from Mayfield road which was another 45 min drive so I asked about the increased costs due to additional distance. She said that since it is in the same city they cannot cover it. I asked her to give me an alternative. SHE CUT ME OFF. Yeah Uhaul agents do that to you....Anyways I called again since I was in immediate need to move, reserved a 9' van at Days Inn and the experience was a lot smoother at this location. Thin he single star for the other location this one definitely deserves a lot more. P.s.: I had complained about the issue and after a couple of days I got a call from Dave saying that it was his fault and that he will credit me with $50. Which I haven't received till date. I still have the emails confirming the original pickup place and the call records with timings to prove that i was being penalised for no fault of mine. Days Inn is the only location i would recommend to any person who uses Uhaul services.

This would have been great if it was where I was supposed to pick up my truck for my move from Milton to Oshawa...instead, with less than 24hrs to go before our move, I was forced to pick up in Brampton, then drive to Milton to start the move. Not happy at all. The Uhaul reservation system is a joke...your reservation is not for the location you reserved it from...because, after all, isnt it better to force the customer, at the last minute, to go get the truck in another city? Crazy! We had booked a week in advance.

This location was a great distance away from my preferred pick up location. So much so that I was charged an overage fee on miles driven, when the extra miles driven were that to go out of the way to pick up the truck.

This time around I had a good experience..but still waiting for the company to respond to the last horrible experience I had last November (management at Head Office is pretending my moving day from he'll didn't happen, which is very poor customer service for a large business!! :-(
