i had to call the attention of the front desk with regards to the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the vehicle. i also pointed out that a certain noise happened everytime i shifted from park to drive and back. he said it was normal but i played safe because it is not a normal sound.

I was told by the UHAUL customer agent who called me that a furniture dolly was reserved for me at this location. When I arrived they said they didn't have dollys at this location and I could only get the truck and I would have to go to another location to get dolly. I asked that they call UHAUL and locate a dolly to which I was told "sorry I can't do that...do you want to cancel the truck?". I ended up having to drive to another location and wait for them to check the trucks that came in overnight for a dolly, come back and get the truck, and go back to the other location to pick up the dolly. Given that UHAUL had confirmed that I could get an appliance Dolly at this location I think this location could have been more helpful in locating a dolly for me. Basically, I felt that although I had done everything online properly and through no fault of my own, UHAUL made a mistake in telling me I could get a dolly, the representative at this location could have made an effort to rectify the situation. I think the level of customer service was unsatisfactory at best.

Worst customer service, took 45 mins to checkout as the guy was only interested in hotel customer vs uhaul customers. When this point was raised the guy (Ashish Pathak) threatened us to leave the property and pressing tresspassing charges. Uhaul should investigate this location as this is making a poor name for a loved company.

This person you are dealing with it the most important part of the business. The gentleman at this location was very pleasant to talk to. The woman at the 411 Main St. Brampton location was very uninterested in the job she was doing.

I asked for a dolly and didn’t receive one, they said it wasn’t available at the location which is fine, but why is it an option when booking? I was over charged for items I never received. Quoted $75 charged $140. Not acceptable.

When i got my emailed receipt there was a gas surcharge. It indicated that there was only a 1/8 returned but i returned it back to 1/4. When i called the person she didn't know the difference between 1/8 and 1/4. I will not recommend this location to anyone

I returned the van to the front desk by the same day and full gas, however, I received a bill second day, it says I just returned the van. They charged me for an extra day. This is very awful experience, I am going there to haves my money back

Vehicle was not well maintained so burnt alot of gas but no power especially when entering the highway, wheel not aligned so driving in the local road is irritating, suspension doesn't work properly causing damages to couple of my fragile items. The limited kilometers is unclear from the begining and overcharging per kilometer rate is just unethical. I did ask to park my vehicle at the lot and return to pick up and the receptionist said it's fine but never mention the overage charge on one way, two way return.

Truck was clean however it was really bad experience driving with Gear change, loose brakes and noise.

The truck was the most disgusting I have ever seen. We had to use bleech to try and clean the steering wheel. Foot prints on the dash, We took pictures and i am going to post them. We should be compensated for having to drive such a dirty dirty truck.

Staff was very helpful customer service was great didn't take much time to get the truck I want and I was on the road brought back the truck and no issues. Highly recommend this location. I am fully satisfied with their level of service

I was overcharged on the km charge. Out km was 6289 and return was 6374 = 85km. I was charged for 100 aprroximatly 10$ more than I should have. Truck was filthy in the cargo area.
