I returned the vehicle at 13:55, I was billed at 15:27. I was over charged for approx 2 hours. I felt cheated after reviewing the email that was send to me as bill.

I was parked on the side of the hotel trying to figure out where my rental is. The front desk person came and almost in a threatening tone, asked me what I’m doing at the property. I could have been a hotel customer or uhaul customer but his attitude was indifferent for no reason at all especially coming from someone in hospitality industry. Worst experience and I’ll never use this pickup location again.

The customer service was horrible. The guy at the reception spoke to us with a lot of attitude and disrespect. Also, even I had a truck booked online, I was sent to another location because they didn't have a truck available at the location I booked. Finally, through the online application, I found in their parking lor, the truck reserved and I showed the one at the reception that he must give us the key. Not a pleasent experience!!!

My initial reservation was on Saturday Sept 28th, but your system crashed and I could not get the vehicle when I arrived. I had to reschedule my entire move (helpers, elevators etc) to Monday which was hugely inconvenient as you could understand. This was upsetting, and I could not understand how it was possible. Please contact me via email with and explanation as to why I should use Uhaul again or recommend it. Thank you,

The wait time to get the truck for half an hour plus was charged for 100 extra miles . I usually use other companies and this time I used uhaul and I regret it

Unprofessional service staff. After a failed check in, they didn't escalate the situation with head office. It was up to me to resolve the issue.

I booked my u haul on aug/26/19 for sept/1st 26ft ,, then wen I went to pick up truck they gave me 20ft .i told the guy on location 260 queen st E,like I booked 26 ft and he said in rude attitude no u have 20ft otherwise cancel ur reservation,I will give my truck to someone else Very poor customer service..but thanks u haul ,, gave me very hard time with 20ft

The vehicle was extremely dirty, and I had to sweep and clean it before I could move my furniture. I took pictures and showed it to the staff who said they were sorry . Other than being told sorry, there was no other compensation offered to me. Very upsetting , dissatisfying, and disappointing. Will not use this location again.

The associate was not very helpful. He did not do a walk thru with me of the vehicle nor did I have the tools I requested. He was very rude and dismissive of me being dissatisfied. I felt rushed and the truck was pack with boxes etc from I suppose the prior renter. I did not noticed this was the case until I reached my location. When I dropped off the truck and mentioned it to him he did not believe me, luckily I took a picture ahead of time. Even when I showed him the pictures he argued that the picture could have been takeb at anytime... Luckily I had the time stamp on the picture. I will never rent from this location again as this was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had

Location was weird, inside a hotel? really.. Their was 1 employee and he technically worked for the hotel. The inside of the truck has some salt like residue and was damp. which got onto my pieces of furniture. Not appreciated. The trucks are parked extremely tight together, and where surrounded by customer cars of the hotel. which made reversing out and maneuvering a bit bothersome.

Can was dirty with food and leftover garbage in the back. Checking at my original booking location was non existent no one was even there. I had to drive 20 minutes to another location and was told my rents would be covered only to find out I was being charged more than my originally requested vehicle because that’s all they had. Rep at location on queen st was awesome but will NEVER rent from usual again!!!!!

The billing was confusing, only one person was at the desk checking in hotel guests and uhaul at the same time. The van was extremely dirty, I had to sweep it. Ridiculous.

Last one year I rented uhaul 4 times the biggest problem I have is staff don’t know how to talk to costumer specially the last one and the one at marten grove and Rexdale one

We rented the truck, but were surprised when the person who processed our rental agreement did not come out, and look around the outside, and inside of the truck, and go through the usual instructions that we've had explained to us every other time that we've rented with Uhaul. When we arrived at our present residence to load our furniture and opened the back of the truck we realized that the floor was greasy and slippery. We called customer service, and after speaking with several people, were told to return the truck and ask for them to clean it. We took it back, but the manager at the location said that it was not his job to clean the trucks. I then called Uhaul back and was told that I would have to have the contract closed, pay the total price, and then a manager would be contacting me to go over it within 72 hours. At that time I would then be POSSIBLY refunded. Out of the 6 customer service representatives that I spoke with, only one was helpful, and professional. Her name was Tonya. Moving is already a very stressful event, and I was extremely let down by the unsympathetic response that I received from several customer service reps. On an even more terrible note, another truck was not even arranged for us. We're now left hanging, searching for another truck with no notice, and I'm typing this review instead of moving into our new home. Overall this was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. You guys are usually great, and we've used your service many times. I'm not sure if I'll be doing that again unfortunately.
