Equipment was not ready. Had to Go back for missing equipment. Self checkin was done but key was not ready. Waited ~ 30 mins as Location rep was busy serving their own storage customers. Not as friendly experience as it was with locations own customers. Gave key and moved onto another customer of their own - my rental was not ready I went in again to get missing equipment rented. Drop Box for return of the Keys is Not Lit - very hard to find where it is as it is at the beginning of Parking lot 30meters away from the door of storage office and Key Collection spot..

David V9pm pick was not honoured and your $50 guarantee didn’t happen! Next morning 8:30am which was scheduled by your telephone operator wasn’t honoured as well. They finally provided the truck after 9:00am! So, I waited for more than 12 hours!
JOHN EYou guys moved my truck from Bolton to this location even though I had booked this a month ago. Not only did you force me to now drive an extra hour but you didn’t even tell the store owner that the truck was there ? I had to stand there and wait for almost two hours for the keys. To top it all off I was on hold with u haul for an hour and finally after the 5th person I was able to get some reimbursement. I don’t think I can ever go with you guys again this was just absolutely a mess and I’m genuinely disappointed. I hope this can be corrected in the future.
