The only reason I didn't rate it excellent was that when I came to return the truck, the location was closed during it's normal Sat. open hours. Because I used a Debit Card, I had to make an extra trip back to that location when it was open again later this morning.

This whole UHAUL rental experience was the absolute worst and next time I need to rent a truck I will make sure I go to a competitor. I will be telling everyone I know about this terrible experience and tell others to use another company. I need a manager to contact me so I can really vent. If I am not contacted in the next few days I will be blasting you online with full details of my experience.

The customer service was poor, I was called to pick the truck up even before the location was supposed to close. Also, when I requested to drop off the truck at other location as I clearly booked it like that online, I was told and made to drop the truck to the same location. Very very dissatisfied.

When a customer returns the vehicle, they should be contacted for payment right after not a month and a half after. It is not professional and ridiculous.

I rented the truck from this location. I refueled the truck before returning it to slightly over initial level of when I picked it up. It was returned after hours. The next morning I get the bill for the rental and there is a fuel charge. I called and left a message for the location and did not get a call back. I waited a day and called back and there was no answer and a full voicemail box. Needless to say I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge. I would also like a call back from uhaul head office to tell me how they will be rectifying this. Phone number is 416 898 0849.

I was wrong charged for gas even though it was filled back upto the half tank mark as it was when the truck was collected. I signed up online for a full day as I was moving. Only to be told upon pickup that I only have 4 hours. Putting me at that point in a bind,, especially as I already had movers packing up my belongings. They ended up charging me 2 days rental fees.

After reading many reviews I called U-haul the day before pick up to request that the cargo van be cleaned. To my surprise on pick up it was soooo dirty and the odor was unbearable! I personally had to sweep out the dirt and lay blankets down before loading my items. Not pleased.

Your guy was rude. I was not able to release parking break because release button was very hard. I asked him and he aksed me so many questions like how did I got License and so many things...it was not a good experience.

Truck steering was loose and it constantly wandered Abs light would come on and off while driving down road without hitting the brakes Left half of rear lights- brakes and turn signals - do not work. Was called to pick up truck early by an hour because they don’t do pickup without someone there but I could book it online like that. Then was called again to pick up truck even earlier, got there at the time I was told to pick up the truck and no truck to take. Had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes before I could get the truck.
