My truck leaked and ruined some of my furnishings that were in there. Also looking at my receipt I have a charge of 75$ for furniture pads I never used or asked for. Such a joke

I rent uhals quite often and for the most part the equipment is in good shape. However, this time the equipment once loaded...primarily with office rolling chairs...was pulling like crazy on the highway making the long trip take double the time which resulted in having to keep the equipment an extra day. From all the times I have rented from uhaul the last two times the equipment was horrible. This one with the pulling and another one with the equipment blowing smoke on the highway way. I rent quite often 6-8 times a year...this year from 3 rentals two were bad.

I had a wait at the front end to pick up the truck because one guy was on the phone and the other was mopping the floor. Of more concern, though, was the substantial length of time it took to return the truck. Although I only had the truck for a few hours, I had to wait while they tested every system in the truck including the turn signals and the lights. How I could have affected either of these systems in the few hours I had the vehicle is beyond me.

The U-Haul experience started with a 45 minute wait at the U-Haul dealer to pick the truck. On the way home a red brake warning light illuminated along with an aural warning horn. We returned the ailing truck to the U-Haul dealer and waited in a 25 minute line. We received a new truck with no apology or compensation and brought it home only to find that our replacement truck started only intermittently. We had paid movers to show up the next morning to move us out of our home. The morning the truck was due back it won’t start. We received a call from U-Haul wondering where their past due truck was. We explained our issue and we were finally able to start the truck. When we finally were able to return the truck to U-Haul we again waited in a 45 minute line. When we explained the trying events of the two previous days we were told “there is nothing I can do”. Again no apologies...no compensation. The service was so bad that it was almost unbelievable. What you can do to improve for service for the next customer is very simple. 1. Provide a reliable product in timely courteous manner.

Only problem is that my Customer Service 'professional' took a 5 minute call - right in front of me, in the middle of my order - when I was trying to pay money to Uhaul. Held up my service, no acknowledgement (excuse me, I'm sorry, etc.). I will price shop Ryder next time.

Service was very slow. You had four workers at the time of making the contract. One was slowly helping a couple with a truck, one was on the phone, then just sitting there, one was standing outside, the other was texting and doing nothing. Then the man who put my trailer on my hitch didn’t tighten it enough and it popped off on y way to pick up my load. Finally at the end of my transaction, my forty dollars was not refunded to my account. I was charged 60 dollars to my debit card for an AO trailer for four hours. Normal price is 20. Over the past five years I have used uhaul several times for my delivery business and moving needs. I will no longer use uhaul after this experience

I had no working ac in 100 degree weather and was told to drive the truck back or I'm penalized with fees. Then I got issued a 20 dollar credit. I will be calling corporate and filing against uhaul with the BBB I've been a customer of this uhaul for years all they should have done was let me drop the truck in the town I was in . Now I should be refunded the charges so I will dispute with my bank thanks uhaul

Customer service at equipment drop off could be improved; I was not acknowledged/welcomed, and an employee walked by me 4 times!! Parking lot was extremely congested & hard to maneuver.

While driving the vehicle we swerved off of the road related to the steering wheel malfunctioning on the interstate, it was extremely scary and a terrible experience i have used this’s company for many of my moves and have never had this issue. I am extremely furious and requesting a full refund and want that truck pulled off for further evaluation so no other family will have to go through what i went through. Also the location i was at explained they were over booked and multiple people in line were waitin for trucks it was very disorganized and very unprofessional. Also while entering my truck the gas was not 1/4 tank full it was practically empty so i had to go back inside rock ave it changed. This whole process was very frustrating and I am expecting a phone call from someone in regards to this experience. it is June 3rd at 1:00pm. Thank you in advance.

There was a big line and only one person checking people in. The manager looked like he was walking around checking to make sure that doors were locked. I checked in ahead of time via an email prompt, but still had to wait in line for 30 minutes.

I was called the morning of my move to say no rental was available. After 30 min wait on 1-800 number I was transferred for another 20 min hold. Then told they have 1 truck go right away. Line of 5 ahead of me. 1 man on duty with a line out the door of people. Terrible experience

Definitely sever ties with movinghelp.com They are pure garbage, cost me so much in money, time, and headaches. I was also charged double by uhaul as I had to keep the truck because the movers kept changing plans and canceling.
