The equipment I ordered (2 regular dollies and 2 furniture dollies) was not provided to me in my vehicle. Instead only one regular dolly was in the back of the van at pick up. I asked an associate for the rest of my equipment and they apparently ran out of inventory at my location. I was given one appliance dolly instead of my 3 other items. Due to the current pandemic, and among other things, I chose to do a mobile pick up so I didn't have to have contact with anyone. Turns out I still needed to get my keys from inside the office and speak to an associate to get substitute equipment. The associate was also wearing his mask improperly by only having it cover his mouth and not his nose. All in all, I would rate this experience as pretty awful. No one enjoys moving, but the people working at this U-haul location were sassy and not kind even though I tried to be polite considering I wasn't too pleased either.

There is nothing wrong with the facility, or the employees who work there. The other clients who were using the Uhaul Facility were awful and made us feel unsafe. They were screaming at the employees, arguing with the managers, and overall creating a hostile environment. I understand that it is not the Uhaul Facilities fault that the meth center is there, but they really need security help if possible. If I could rate the employees and service a 5/5 and the other customers a 0/5 I would.

For the most part everything was clean in the service was smooth and straightforward but I did have a little spill stain on the driver seat and I had to wipe it down before I sat down

I scheduled my pickup for early in the morning, which is not usually an issue as the location staff usually will provide me with a lockbox code to access the keys. This time, I had to wait for 90 minutes (of a 4 hour rental) for the new online photo identification system to allow me the access code to the lock box where the keys are stored. Unacceptable.

My van was full of dirt. If the previous renter didn't clean the vehicle, U-Haul definitely should!! It's also pretty deceiving when you rent a van for $19.95 and then the total cost for a rental jumps to over $100 for a 20 mile roundtrip.

improve return check-in process. I was charge for overnight when actually i return the vehicle early, but onsite customer service quickly refunded the charges.

-Very crowded pickup and loading area. No room for cars. I had to back up into the the loading bay from a busy street. This may be done better by managing the flow of traffic better. -Explain the Auto transport process more. Including asking if I need assistance with vehicle loading on the day of pick up - Provide more assistance with the vehicle loading process and do so generously given I had paid for it anyway. Communicate among employees so that I do not gave to re-explain my request to interior and exterior associates. -Be generally more helpful and show willingness to work. The associates kept complaining (out loud in fact) about how they dislike doing Auto transport loading. -Agents can be more courteous

Every time I have been to this location other than the occasional customer service representative inside not assisting me when I walk in because they are on their phone. I have never had a bad experience. Easy for me to extend my rentals and they know how to treat customers well.
