I had some issues with the mobile check in, specifically retrieving my key, and the furniture pads I had ordered were not in the truck when I arrived. Although the site was not open, James and team helped me with both items. I am Thankful for their help getting these items resolved well before the site was set to open. When I picked up my rental, and got to my location that i went to open the back I Noticed drug needles that were used with caps off on the edge of the doors I immediately drove back and spoke to Luis the manager on , on Saturday 12/15/18 and he brushed it off like if it was nothing his response to me was “this is an epidemic here in this location, it happens all the time. I thought to myself what a poor customer service!! I took pictures of the incident because I will send this to corporate, this is completely unacceptable if i had not noticed prior to opening the back I could have easily been pinned and the future could be uncertain, people could get infectious disease by these things, people or I should say on Saturday my health could have been compromised and I think as customers we deserve better!!

Given how busy this location was, the staff was very efficient and friendly. However, the line was just too long for the two of them to handle faster. Our wait for pick up was over 35 min, which was more than I was hoping for. Otherwise, recommended.

The truck smelled like coolant. The interior rubber weather strip on the passenger side door frame was coming off. I have an extra 80+ dollar charge on my card for some reason that I’ll have to go down there to dispute. When I returned the truck and asked for a receipt the guy who took the keys said they would email it to me. I still don’t have a receipt. I’ve rented at this location for 8 or 9 years. I’ve never had any major problem. This is the first time.

I think it was to expensive, for a few hrs and they advertise a price and when you finish with the rental they hit you up with all this heading fees, and it was very disappointing , there for I probably won't be renting from you anymore. Thank you

I made my reservation by telephone the day before I needed it. I was going to pick up the truck outside of business hours, so I made sure to ask questions about that to the representative I spoke with. She told me I'd be able to log in online and follow the steps to open a lockbox with the keys to the vehicle I was renting. I got to the location on time and tried to log in online and follow the steps. I was eventually led to a screen that said I was unable to pick up my truck outside of business hours and that I would have to wait until the store opened. I immediately called customer service to try and figure this out since I was told by TWO representatives the day before that I'd be able to do this. After talking to TWO different representatives while waiting outside in the cold rain, I learned the location I was at did not have any 10 foot trucks that I can pick up outside of business hours. I then had to wait until the store opened. I was outside that store for an entire hour in the rain until they opened at 9am. Once I was inside, the employees helped me out, but I had a TERRIBLE experience with the TWO representatives I spoke to the day before, since they clearly failed to mention that I would not be able to pick up the truck I rented at 8am, before the store opened. I was late for the movers I had hired and it ruined my entire day. I would like a refund or at least a portion of the amount taken off what I had to pay.

When I returned the truck I accidentally pulled into the exit instead of the entrance. When I pulled up an employee was very rude and angry with me about it. When I said it didn't realize, he claimed he saw me consider the correct one. Its unclear what my possible gain could have been for this mistake. I was going to tell the boss, but he started screaming at another driver in the parking lot. Bad vibes from everybody. Unnecessary and very avoidable.

I did not receive the furniture dolly I reserved and then was charged for the dolly and a $20 "missing furniture fee" even though I called the location at Mass Ave and told them I did not receive the dolly before I even returned the truck. I requested a refund and got the $7 back but not the $20 so I requested it again and was told I received it. Three weeks later I checked my bank statement and I still have not received the refund. Ridiculous.

This location definitely needs more counters. If you don’t make a reservation online you will end up waiting for at least 30-45 minutes in a line just to be told there aren’t any trucks to rent. That is a very bad business practice. Also I did not receive a detailed receipt at all after doing the drop off online.
