My online supplies order couldn't be picked up, they could see it but they didn't have the order ready despite both having the two items (flat screen tv box, queen mattress cover) in stock AND me having the receipt that stated "ready to pick up." The truck cab wasn't clean. There was something slopped and sticky in all of the cup holders. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order truck, one of the janitors (who I hadn't even said anything to) started yelling at me that "if you're having problems you need to call the 800 number, it's got nothing to do with me" and then I did call because I had issues with my pick up, and I moved where I thought I would be out of the way. I wasn't. The same janitor started screaming at me that I needed to go stand in the street and that I could take my business elsewhere. Lastly, there was a padlock on the back of the truck for which there was no key. I had to wait until the location opened to have them unlock it -- two hours AFTER my scheduled pick up time. The location was convenient but it ends there.

The vehicle they offered me cargo area was being mopped I was asked to wait a few minutes by the individual who was mopping so that he could finish mopping. I explained that due to the frigid temperature outside and there was no drying mechanism I felt this vehicle was a safety/liability ( slip and fall) issue I was informed that this was the vehicle assigned . I returned to customer service desk and stated the liability/safety ( slip and fall) concern and requested another vehicle . The employees went back and forth with each other and the customer service representative did not clearly state they reason for my request. She attempted to give that vehicle to another customer rep for a client and she appropriately declined to assign the vehicle to another client because the cargo area was wet . I asked to speak with the manager I was informed that the manager was with a client . I was given the same document back and was informed to go outside and someone would find my another vehicle . I go outside and gentleman approaches me and ask if I was the one who requested another vehicle I confirmed and he asked for the paperwork I gave him the document given to me . He contacts the customer service rep and asks why did she not update the document . She blamed me for taking the document

When I arrived there was only one rental counter associate. This rental counter associate was with a customer and asking the customer to speak into the location's PA system in an accent. They were calling the other 3-4ish rental counter associates but joking around and acting like children. Unprofessional. Also, the 15' truck that I was given had not been cleaned on the inside or outside. There was mud on the doors, the door handles, and both the windows and mirrors. The windows and mirrors were so dirty that I couldn't see out of them and had to pull into a gas station to clean them myself. Additionally, the interior was completely dirty. In both the cup holders there was a thick layer of dark sticky dried liquid that looked like soda had spilled. Also, there were cracker / bread crumbs and plastic packaging on the floor and seats. Finally, there was what looked like dried chocolate on the steering wheel. I had to clean the vehicle before I could use it. I've very disappointing in this experience and will question using this service again.

This was my original pickup location for a 6x12 trailer. When I showed up to pick it up, the woman laughed and said "Oh, I was supposed to call you. We don't have a trailer for you here." She was the most unhelpful person I've ever had to deal with, and I have never been so mad at how unprofessional she was. She offered no assistance and told me that there was nothing she could do. Instead, I went to Stoughton and had to rent a truck because there were no 6x12 trailers available anywhere by this point. I missed a half of a day of moving, and had to change all of my plans because this woman was so useless and couldn't have spared 30 seconds to call me before I drove all the way there to pick it up. This Mass Ave location is a joke. I'll never go there again because of the people you employ there.

I placed my order so that I would use the mobile confirmation feature (Pick up my truck) but when I got to the store, I was helped by the front desk and didn't use it. This feature was confusing and it would be good if U-Haul could better implement this features.

The truck was clean and everything . I called earlier in the day before ordering the truck told them I only had one bed to move and they told me I would have to get a bigger truck when I only needed the 19.95 truck I think It’s unacceptable because I felt forced to get a bigger truck just for the location to make more money I ended up spending almost sixty dollars plus gas only drove it 10 miles with one bed. This location is horrible! They always have my gas wrong as well as the girls are extremely rude. The manager allows them to yell and treat customers disrespectfully. If uhaul allows this any longer I will never use them again as well as my family and friends

As of now, this was not only the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had, but the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I was charged for several bogus charges that are blatantly false, including saying I returned the truck two days later than I did, adding 20 miles more than I drove, charging a cleaning fee for a truck that was perfectly clean, and two different fees for saying the gas was lower than it was, even though I filled it past where it was when i got it. This has all added to a bill over $130 higher than I should've been charged, literally for renting a pick-up for 3 hours. I've had to call three different times over two days just to get a customer action file executed and I'm still waiting for the manager to respond to my claims. After reading other reviews for this location with very similar experiences I am shocked this office is still in business. I never thought I'd have to deal with such lack of integrity and dishonesty from a uhaul, a company I've only had good experiences with until now. I am very much hoping the manager is able to resolve this unfortunate and frankly ridiculous situation.
