When I got to the location it took me 1 hour to even leave, the gas was low and they improperly parked the trucks. I had movers I paid $400 for, and sense I was late picking up the uhaul I wasted $400.00 for the movers to only help for 30 mins. Then we had to fill the truck numerous times because it stated that one mile we drove 4 miles which was incorrect and there must be something wrong with the gas because we left it overnight and it went down 35 miles. Than the alignment is off and was like that the whole time from pick up, the original lady who was suppose to be working was visiting family and left her husband to do all the work and she was rarely answering the phone. I need a discount for this uhaul or I’ll never use this again. Aweful experience and I will for sure make it known
