We had a truck and a 5x8 trailer rented from this location. The truck had serious issues but the trailer was great. The service there was impeccable. Smaller selection but I was happy to rent from them again

The pick up location itself was fast, knowledgeable and efficient. But the small selection of equipment is where I had an issue. We reserved a 26 ft truck and they only had one older truck available that had so many issues, it shouldn’t be rented out. The truck was missing panels of metal, dented bumpers and tires were almost bald. It drove rough and the alignment was off. I worried it wasn’t going to make the drive. Then at the end, it leaked rain water all over my boxes. We had several boxes full of items ruined.
April WOut of my many many years of IHAUL rentals, this was BY FAR the most painless and enjoyable experiences that I have ever encountered. Andrew was phenomenal and very knowledgeable when it came to my U-HAUL and Furniture needs. Highly Recommend 10 out of 10, 5 stars. I truly could not have found a better place to go. I will never go anywhere else. =)
