Amazingly easiest return of anything I've rented ever. Not needing the slightest bit of customer service is the best customer service. Didn't have to get out of my truck or even move to return trailer, didn't have to show him anything, sign anything he knew everything with a scan, send me email confirmation and was on my way in a second.

There were several things I experienced that day that made my visit extremely disappointing. Firstly, I waited in line for 28 minutes before being able to speak to an employee about picking up my reserved 4' x 8' trailer. Then, the employee noticed that I lacked a particular connection between my car and trailer, as related to my blinkers and brake lights. So, he then upsold me a kit that I did not actually need. My mechanic boyfriend noticed this mistake upon his arrival at the store. Even after all of this hassle the employee charged me the full rental rate. After 3.5 hours at the store I was finally on my way. In the meantime, however, my boyfriend paid for his own 5' x 8' trailer for a MUCH lower price than advertised. In fact, the manager cut him a huge break because the trailer was a one-way rental. So, hoping for some sort of compensation, I called the manager back only to be connected to a third party call center where I was informed that the manager "was available but will call you back soon." I waited 90 minutes for her to call me back at which point she told me she would reduce my rental fee by $50. Knowing the extreme discount my boyfriend received, I asked the manager what I would have to do to receive HIS discount. She told me that that particular discount was only available for the 5' x 8' trailer. So, I ended up returning to the store, with my 4' x 8' already partially packed, in order to swap out for a 5' x 8' just so that I could receive a better deal. Ugh. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER be using U-Haul in the future.

They are saying I had the uhaul 2 extra days and I did not, I was suppose to return it on a Monday @10 am but I had no one to follow me so I returned back at 7 pm that night and they are trying to charge me. Not happy at all

There was no one in the building when we arrived at our scheduled time for pick up. Also, we were told we would have a 2017 model year truck, but it was parked behind some other trucks so we were not given that truck. The one we were given needed new front shocks and the steering wheel straightened. I had 2 phone conversation with UHaul confirming the pick up time and equipment, and I expected that it would be ready. What's the point of scheduling a pick up time if no one is there to help us?

Either the small trucks get 3.5 miles/gallon (or evidently worse if you forget to punch the Tow button!) or when they say "The tank is full" it really is not. I suspect the latter. But how would anyone prove that?

I would suggest more staff. Apparently, a staff member called off for emergency and there was only one other customer service representative available on a Saturday morning. She was very professional and thorough. She did not appeared stressed given the circumstances. She helped us as quickly was she was able.

Check trucks in properly before checking them out to another customer. I'm glad I checked the contract against the mileage before I drove away because there were 800 more miles on the truck than the contract stated. The truck was also dirty inside and out. I reserved a truck, so there should have been one ready for me, not some non-checked-in last resort. The people at the drop-off location had a hard time trying to figure out how to fix your dumb mistake. Also there was a pretty long line, for someone with a reservation appointment to have to wait for 45 minutes behind a bunch of people without one is kind of stupid. Otherwise, I think it's fine. They have a lot of trucks and resources at this location, and most of the trucks were clean or in the process of being cleaned, just not the one they gave to me.

Waited in line almost two hours before I could check out truck. Only two people working with frequent absences to check in /out equipment. Further, computer was not working properly and she could not find my reservation. After all of that, I got home to find out that the hand truck was not in the truck. Trying calling the place but the phone rings and rings.... Definitively not going back there.

I rented a truck on 3 separate occasions over a period of a week and each time I had to wait in line 30 minutes because there was only 1 person to handle everyone! That's ridiculous especially when time was of the essence for use of the truck!!! The poor employees were literally sweating from working so hard and you could tell they were very agitated.



Computers seemed very slow. Made for long wait to get equipment. Do not understand your 24 hour limit on renting box trucks. Made my move twice the work and half as effective having to use a trailer instead. Didn't used to be like this.

First truck was out of gas completely. Second truck was not in great shape. Oil light was lit up on the dash and the manager said to not worry about it. Front wheel alignment was way off and the truck drifted all over the roadway, AC stopped working in 100+ degree heat, shocks were non existent making it a terribly uncomfortable ride, no cruise control, lots of damage all around the truck, inside and out. This truck should not have been on the road according to two of the Uhaul employees who were present when I returned it - did not feel safe driving this vehicle. The location is understaffed and the parking lot is a nightmare.

They have changed the parking lot layout of this location. Absolutely terrible design for trucks and trailers to pull in and leave. It gives no room for customer parking
