A glitch occurred in the 24/7 system. I called U-HAUL customer service and VANDA worked heroically over a full hour, including having me call more local U-HAUL representatives, speaking to several of them, having new approaches to try to rectify the situation. She exemplifies the U-HAUL standard of excellence—creative problem-solving skills; persistence in supporting me throughout the process; perfectly attuned to my stress, and calming with her wit; and, clear, smart, and direct communication. Vanda was like a marine-angel; she shines with a sense of pride of her work for this outstanding company. They made it right, in the end, and I am a lifelong loyal customer, now. I won’t settle for any other moving company than U-HAUL.

Easy location to get in and out of. Staff friendly. Windshield was tvery dirty and inside van pretty dusty. Biggest complaint is the gas tank was not full as I was told. When I put gas in, it went pass the F letter and towards the end of gage. This is 2nd time, I have rented a truck and put more gas than I used because it wasn't full!

I find it disappointing that the out of state rentals from California are 2X the cost of out of state rentals from Oregon or Nevada. I understand we are taking advantage of the exodus of Californians but 2X is pretty much low scale gouging. It did cause me to shop around to see if the competition had a better offer, and has left me an overall bad experience with UHaul.

The young lady who helped me out had great customer service. Customer service gets 5 stars, however, the location was just understaffed for a Sunday. There was only one desk person when I was in at 9am, and again returning at 4:30pm. The agent helping me mentioned that she has had eight people waiting in line throughout the day for almost her entire shift before. So it sounds like this location needs better staffing.

Uhaul was great and I will definitely use them for the future. The only improvement I can think of is having more employees working. I felt it was understaffed and it took awhile to take care of only two customers. Other than that, Uhaul was awesome!
