Vous nous avez appelé à moins de 12h d’avis pour nous dire que nous n’aurions pas de camion le lendemain à 8h, mais à 17h30. C’est inacceptable... le déménagement était prévu avec plusieurs personnes. J’ai dû passer 45 min au téléphone avec quelqu’un et j’ai malheureusement dû hausser le ton un peu pour qu’ils trouvent une solution. Jamais je ne referai affaire avec vous et je parlerai de cette expérience déplorable avec les gens de mon entourage.

I took the truck empty of fuel and was told that I was going to get a fuel credit if I was to bring it back 1/4 full. Got the receipt without ANY fuel credit. It was indicated that the gas level was between 1/8 and 1/4. Meaning it cost me $50 of gas for just over 40 mi. That is unfair. If I would have known, I would have brought back the truck empty just like went I picked it up. Unhappy customer.

PROB 01 Système informatique défectueux ou désuet: nous avons du faire le contrat 2 fois: perte de temps 02 Stations de travail trop près l'un de l'autre. Si un agent est au téléphone, on ne s'entend pas parlé à la station d'à côté. 03 Pourquoi le site par défaut est-il en anglais ?? RSVP Même en répondant au courriel en français invitant à remplir cette évaluation, la page de sondage est en anglais. Au Québec, c'est en français que ça se passe ! Ensure clients who return rental vehicles after closing time know that photos of vehicle must be taken when in U-Haul.com; and advise clients not to drop down/off keys before closing contract on U-Haul.com.

The clerck was not dedicated to my transaction. It took around 45 minutes to finalise to rent of at trailor even if it was done through my Huaul account. I will recommend Uhaul hoping that they will not have the clerck I got.

I asked for a spot nearest to my house but was forced to pick up the truck at the 1700 Lionel-Bertrand location. This added extra time to my project which could have been a problem for the next customer. It wasn't a problem here but if you have the client estimate the time based on a given choice of location, if this location is changed, extra time for the rental should be allowed or and at least consider the impact and communicate with the client. If the website gives you choices, you should be able to offer them and not change them last minute.

To whom it may concern, I gave a 1 star, not for the location, but for my reservation in general. I made a reservation for June 1, around May 22. Everything was confirmed for a 10f truck. On May 31, I get a confirmation email, stating that my truck was reserved for June 1, but not for the town I chose for pick up, a random town over 45 min away! I called and the location I chose did not have any 10f trucks but only a van ! So instead of making one trip i had I make 2 for the move! I don’t understand how there were no trucks available when I reserved over a week in advance. And to only notify me the day before ?? That leaves no time to make other arrangements! I was so upset. The people I spoke to were very nice and helpful but didn’t even realize a mistake was made and never apologized. I’ve used your services before and everything went well. Just disappointed about this recent experience. Thank you

Vérifier le compteur de milage, le mien n'était pas bon et je n'avais pas pensé à vérifier avant de partir. Comme nous étions revenu très rapidement avec le camion, il voyait bien que mon milage n'était pas bon car impossible en si peu de temps et il ne m'a pas chargé l'extra. Ca s'est bien fini
