The inside of the truck was not clean, and the back of the truck had dirt but I did not see the back of the truck at pick up. U-haul is trying to charge me a cleaning fee for something that I did not do!

Smelled like beer got pulled over for lights not working went to jail cause they thought it was stolen call u-haul after all the trouble an they said a supervisor would contact me and never did very bad service and will not recommend them at all I now have to get a lawyer

KIMBERLEE NHad to replace multiple tires, out of pocket. Had to wait hours in the rain along with 2 screaming babies. Was not maintained or maintenance prior to rental. Darryl, a representative stated I would receive a full refund, and have not as of June 7,2025.
