Had to replace multiple tires, out of pocket. Had to wait hours in the rain along with 2 screaming babies. Was not maintained or maintenance prior to rental. Darryl, a representative stated I would receive a full refund, and have not as of June 7,2025.

RICKEY BThis location is not an actual Uhail center. It looked to be like a drop and go place. I didn't see any available storge units, but it offers what you need to return a uhaul. The office was closed when I dropped off the hitch so there were no personnel there.
