JOE R.I have no qualms with the dealer. The online U-Haul check in gave me a hassle. I rented a truck on a Saturday while the dealer was closed for the weekend. U-Haul support was able to start helping me after about an hour wait. Customer support was friendly and helpful. I wound up about 2 hours behind schedule. It was concluded there had been a glitch in the system. I was pardoned a portion of my payment.
